- Modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of our services.
- Disrupt, interfere with or otherwise adversely affect the normal flow of our services, or otherwise act in a manner that may negatively affect other users' experience when using our services. This includes taking advantage of errors to gain an unfair edge over other players, gaining advantage by exploiting the game by using multiple accounts, and any other act that intentionally abuses or goes against the design of the service.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services, accounts registered to others or to the networks connected to the services by any means other than the user interface provided by us, including but not limited to, by circumventing or modifying, or attempting, encouraging or assisting any other person to circumvent or modify, any security, technology, device, or software that is part of our service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any underlying software or other intellectual property used to provide the services, or to obtain any information from the services using any method not expressly permitted by Trickster Arts.

- Solicit or attempt to solicit login information, other credentials or personal information from other users of the service.
- Collect or post anyone's private information, including personally identifiable information (whether in text, image or video form), identification documents, or financial information through the service.

We use virtual currencies in our games. You can buy it for real money, or receive it in other promotional ways.
Our games make use of one or more virtual currencies. Virtual currency may be obtained in one or more ways depending on the service with which it is associated, which includes without limitation, virtual currency that can be obtained by purchase with real world currency, in-game actions, as a gesture of goodwill, or in connection with promotions.

You are responsible for all spending and purchases made through your account.
In our games you may purchase, with real world currency, a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for yourself, or for a recipient designated at the time of purchase when gifting a license, to use a virtual currency, including but not limited to virtual coins or credits. You are only allowed to purchase virtual currency from us through our services, and not in any other way.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any methods used to spend real world currency on your device, and you will be responsible for all uses of these methods, whether or not authorized by you.

We reserve the rights to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including adjusting prices of virtual currencies, or revising the effectiveness of in-game elements in an effort to balance a game.

Purchases are finalized once we've provided your purchase. There are no refunds available for in-app purchases.
The provision of virtual currency for use in Trickster Arts games is a service provided by us that commences immediately upon acceptance of your purchase by our services and concludes once the virtual currency has been delivered.
Once concluded, purchases, gifts and redemptions made through the service are final and non-refundable.

Virtual currencies are non-transferable. Do not attempt to transfer your in-game currency to anyone else.
If we find that virtual currency has been transferred, we may remove it, and suspend any associated accounts.
The transfer of virtual currency is prohibited. Other than as expressly authorized by us, you shall not sell, purchase, redeem or otherwise transfer virtual currency to any person or entity or attempt any of the aforesaid, including but not limited to Trickster Arts, another user or any third party.
Evidence of any attempt to use, sell or transfer virtual currency in any manner that violates these Terms of Service may result in revocation, termination, or cancellation of the virtual currency and/or your use of the our services, without refund and/or immediate suspension or termination of any associated game data.

You own your user generated content, and give us ongoing permission to use it at no cost, in a manner of our choosing.
If you choose to view a website that has been submitted to our services but is outside of our service'sdomain, we cannot protect you from that content.
We will remove illegal content from our services as quickly as possible, and understand that you may temporarily be able to viewthis content before we can remove it.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you have all necessary legal rights before posting or linking to user generated content and for ensuring it is safe for use.
When submitting your own user generated content, you retain ownership of it. In order to transmit it through our services, we need you to give us some rights over it. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you give us a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, paid-up, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, modify, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, communicate and publicly display your user generated content in connection with our services.
You may be able to view user generated content and third party websites through our services. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any user-created or third party content that you or any other person or third party posts using our services.
We have the right to review and, if appropriate or legally necessary, to remove any user generated or third party links or content, which is unlawful, tortious, defamatory, obscene, invasive of the privacy of another person, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racist or pornographic.
You understand and agree that you may be exposed to user content that is inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose. If you see anything explicitly against the Terms of Service, let us know.
